Best and Co Novelty print shirtwaister from the 50's
1950's Novelty print shirtwaister by Best & Co
She’s totally amazeballs late 50’s Best and CO cotton shirtwaister.
The print is named “Surrey” and is designed by Muriel Ryan (of Serbin fame).
It’s an amazing kitschy and bright novelty print with soldiers, horses, canons, banners and musicians.
It shouldn’t work but it totally does.

She’s one of my all time favourites, and such a special piece
She buttons down the front with an open waist fasten right of left with a hook and bar.

Note: I let the hem down which along the crease does show some lightening, you can take it up or not worry about it.
